I try to answer my cell at all times unless I am on top of a ladder or driving, If I don’t answer I ‘ll call you right back as soon as I can, All my customers can reach out to me anytime any day if you notice that its been raining for several days and just want to make sure that everything is ok on your roof, this service is free of charge, all my customers will have my personal address, email, cell phone number in case something out of my and your control happens, by example, if a tree branch falls on your roof I can check the roof for you free of charge if there is significant damage there will be a fee but I definitely will give you a low repair cost estimate as part of my appreciation for your loyalty and also, I don’t like to make people wait, if I am not available, I will send someone else that I trust.
